Intuit’s QuickBooks Pro has a lot of features you’ll find useful. QuickBooks Pro lets you customize your accounting program, to fit the business you do. For example, if your business is product based, you can customize your invoices one way. If you are service-based, you can customize your invoices another way. Whatever your situation, QuickBooks Pro will be able to meet your needs with its accounting software.

How easy is it to use? It gets five stars
QuickBooks Pro is user friendly and the ease of use is excellent. Navigation toolbars make it simple for you to move around the program. One of the main toolbars gives you an easy route for the tools you will need. Clicking on the toolbar, a popup menu will appear. This popup menu shows you how to use the program and the order you need to do it in. The installation was also simple and fast. QuickBooks Pro runs on Windows Vista without a problem. Setting up your company will be easy.
Help and Support: Five stars out of five
Help and support is simply unsurpassed. This section has easy to use search and navigation tools, with the ability to type in a topic and receive a list of tips. The program also includes a help button in the quick help menu, and a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ section).
How Does Accounts Receivable Rate? Five out of five stars
You can use the Accounts Receivable tools in QuickBooks Pro’s Customer Section. However, one disadvantage of this particular tool is that you cannot use it to create recurring invoices or to estimate shipping costs.
Accounts Payable: Gets five out of five stars
This section of the program is available in “Vendors.” You can use inventory tools here, and you can also take care of any other Accounts Payable-related tasks.
Payroll: Five stars out of five
Payroll is available in the employee section, and it has functions that can be particularly useful, such as direct deposit.
Inventory: 4 Stars
To find this section in QuickBooksPro, it is located in one of the upper toolbars under item. Service and item management is done here for your company. You are allowed to create inactivate items, costing methods and drop shipments. Some of the features in the inventory section are included in the vendors section such as inventory assemblies and adjustments.
Banking: Four stars out of five
This feature is useful, but existing checks can’t be voided in this software.
Time Billing: Four stars out of five
This section is in the employee section and gives you the ability to track weekly or daily time. You can also use an included timer with this feature.
Job Costing: 4 Stars
The customer section includes the Job Costing tools you will need. You can set jobs, track jobs and create job estimations. You can also set jobs if they are active or inactive.
General Ledger: five out of five stars
General Ledger is located in the company section. You are allowed to perform business planning, view account charts, set budgets, and manage money.
Fixed Assets: Three stars out of five
The biggest disadvantage of this program. Fixed Assets section is not included in QuickBooks Pro. You can only access a list of company assets.
In conclusion
In general, QuickBooks Pro is excellent software to help you run your business seamlessly, even if you don’t have a head for accounting. Even though it’s not perfect, it does offer a lot of advantages that will help you satisfy any accounting needs of your business.
